Have you already known Lawson?

Well, today in this post, I'd like to talk about this band. It's called Lawson. I've started to listen to it some years ago, but I didn't become a fan because those guys were starting their musical career and their songs were not too popular and good. The album I've listened to and for which I've met them was "Chapman Square".

After some months, I started to listen to them again and they had recorded a new album that I think it's more popular than the last one.

Well, the album is called “Perspective”. I've decided to talk about Lawson because although I didn’t become a fan when I knew it at the first time, I really liked its productions and I would like to share them with you because I think the band isn't too popular yet, at least in the American continent.

The first one is “Money”. I've chosen this one because I think you were able to recognise the band with that video because it’s one of most popular in the "Perspective" album. I really love the song and the video.

The second one is “Road”. I don't know if this video is more popular than “Money” or not, but I’m sure it’s too popular as well. I really liked it because I think it’s about finding a new way to live. In the video, one of the guys was running from someone else until he wasn’t able to escape from that man anymore. We can think that man could be himself in his common life, in other words, his routine, way to live, etc because we weren’t able to see that man and we can imagine it’s similar to Andy because they both wore similar clothes and maybe, Andy was trying to escape from those things, trying to live a new life.

What do you think about this? Of course, we also could imagine he was escaping from someone else that hates Andy… Well, this video has a lot of meanings.

The third one is “Where my love goes”. This is one of my favourite ones because it’s based on a romantic story. If you see the video, you could realise that, since the beginning, Adam said he was going to make that video to ask her for marrying. Of course! She didn't know about that...

To be honest, this video was one of my favourite ones because it was a good way to ask for marrying... and I think it was too much sweet and adorable. I think if you see it and listen to that song, you could say love is beautiful or at least, I thought that when I finished to watch it.

What do you think about that?

This one is called "We are Kings". I don't like the letter too much as the melody, but, anyway, I've decided to share it with you. (This doesn't mean that the song's letter is awful) Every time I watch this video, I think life is easy because that seems to show in that video jajajaja. Of course, if I had money, I'd do all those things jajaja.

And the last one is called "Under the sun". To be honest, this is also one of my favourite videos because I liked the scenes and the melody. When I see it, I think the same as the last one, life is easy.

Finally, I would like to end this post showing you the guys of this band.

The man who has long hair is Joel Peat and he is one of the guitar player and singer. The following one is Andy Brown, who is the guitar player and the main singer. Another one is Adam Pitts, who plays the battery, and the last one is Ryan Fletcher, who is another guitar player and usually sings as well.
